Hi Everyone.
I've installed a IP PBX at a customer location and they use a Mikrotik Router. It's new to me, and network wise, I mostly know Cisco, a bit of pfsense and a bit of FortiGate.
We can't place or receive call that will last more than 16 minutes 39 seconds. Every time.
My SIP provider told me to disable sip ALG. I googled and found that I have to go in IP / Firewall / Service Port and then disable SIP. Is that the right way ? Could not find more info.
After some other reseach I found that it could be a sip refresh timeout but I can't find where to look.
Any help would be gladly appreciated.
Thanks
