I am having issues with a L2TP connection. Each time I attempt to connect via Windows VPN Client I get the attached error. I have been able to get right into the VPN connection before but something happened to block me from it now
I have verified all settings in my VPN and have even gone to a new location using a computer from someone else. I got right in. This points me to someplace in the Winbox settings blocking my connection from my network domain or address.
I would love to find out some different things to check in the CCR.

The WINBOX Version is 6.43.16

Go to System > Logging and turn on logging for IPSec. Try and connect again, then check the log.

I am sorry but I am confused about how to turn on logging for IPsec.

Try resetting the network on your computer:

Settings> Network & Internet> Network reset

but be careful that this will reinstall all your network interfaces and bring your settings to the default. You will need to reset all network settings for wifi, ethernet and VPN.

I have tested the connection by disconnecting my whole network from my cable modem that is in bridge mode. I then connected my laptop directly to the cable modem. Still the same issue. This was done with no firewall or any blocking at all. I had a coworker attempt to the VPN with my credentials from a remote connection. He got right in.
This seems to point to two choices.
1.The cable provider is blocking my VPN connection
2.The CCR has blocked my IP or MAC from getting access

Is there anyone that has any idea what to try to get this fixed?
