Cannot connect to PPPoE Client

I am a beginner in using Mikrotik Routers. I bought a new hEX S router and I can't seem to be able to connect to PPPoE client.
In logs I get:

I am sure the User and Pass for PPPoE are correct, because I can connect from another TP-Link router.

Any suggestion is very much appreciated!

Can you enable logging on your Tik and post some nice shiny logs?
I had issues like that but only when my credentials were bogus.

throw some logs (system - logging - pppoe) and ull get more info.

In most cases the problem is on providers side...

Try to ask support to reset the connection or enable another MAC address...
