It sounds simple in theory, but I have been sitting pulling my hair out for multiple hours.

I want to make people sign in to gain access to internet on the wlan1 interface. But I also want ether4 to share an incoming internet connection the wlan1 interface, I have been having DHCP slave issues not letting me do the hotspot setup on the wlan1 interface. I understand you can't have 2 DHCP pools on one interface but I am out of ideas, I have googled atleast 1TB worth of data on this and I can't seem to get it working.

-> People connecting via ether1,2,3, no hotspot login
-> People connecting via wlan, hotspot login
-> wlan1 can communicate with ether4 sharing the internet connection for hotspot users.

This is all I want to do but it seems pretty hard for me since im new to RouterOS, any help would be appreciated.
