Lets say I have 30 vpn(l2tp/ipsec) users. I want to allow 10 of them from 08:00 am to 03:00 pm. 10 of them from 02:01 pm to 10:00PM. rest of others from 10:00 pm to 8:00 Am to access my server.

How can I create this schedule? can you guide me with the proper steps or script?
