I have 2 connections to our service providers 20MPS each. 1 connection has a static IP address and the other is dynamic, how can I load balance equally to the 2 ISPs connections, and when one connection fails traffic is re-routed to the remaining active connection? please note that I have a routeroard 3011. Thanks
