does CRS305-1G-4S+IN support switch stacking (similar to cisco's flavor)?

Hey everyone, does the CRS305-1G-4S+IN support switch stacking?

No, none of Mikrotik switches support stacking. The closest is bridge extender, but that feature is much worse from performance and availability point of view.

I use a rack to stack switches, with some space in between for circulation and then I attach on port on the switch to another port on the next switch etc........
What more do you want.........

Just kidding, just curious as to what functionality switch stacking gives you??

Single control plane.

Legacy stackable switches also provided proprietary high-speed interconnect interfaces (e.g. 40Gbps interface on Gbps switches in times when standard 10Gbps interfaces either did not exist or were prohibitely expensive).
