Unstable connection BGP L2TP IPSec

Hi all,

I'm connect with BGP with another AS by L2TP tunneling.

When i do an iperf3 on a server, the performance increase and decrease.

The same problem appear with nextcloud when i send file on my server since mozilla.

Yesterday, my nextcloud talk have freeze my video some second before begin good again.

If so - the performance issues could very well be any network from source to endpoint of the L2TP tunnel - and may not reflect a configuration issue at all.

Is the poor performance also shown when testing from your AS to their AS - but using non L2TP routes (i.e. over normal transit links)

If so - the performance issues could very well be any network from source to endpoint of the L2TP tunnel - and may not reflect a configuration issue at all.
