by default nothing is blocked in firewall. Probably you have created firewall rules that are blocking ports uTorrent is using.

here you can read how and what you can do with NAT using RouterOS:
http://www.mikrotik.com/testdocs/ros/2.9/ip/nat.php

that includes port forwarding, address map etc.

simple NAT is the same in 2.9 and 3.0 so this manual page that i pointed earlier is still working - read that page and pay attention to destination nat and how to write destination nat rule, that is what you need.

if you do not know what is NAT and why it is needed, you have to read networking basics.

nmbugua! Are you in nairobi? I am.

Yes, you need to set up src-nat to help you with this. As per the manual page listed.

Post your configs so we can help or even send me a message offline....

Example of Destination NAT
If you want to link Public IP 10.5.8.200 address to Local one 192.168.0.109, you should use destination address translation feature of the MikroTik router. Also if you want allow Local server to talk with outside with given Public IP you should use source address translation, too

Add Public IP to Public interface:
The IP 10.5.8.200 is it the one provided by the ISP. As I have a connection to my ISP with pppoe and it keep changes each time.

I used to have Masquerading, just like this one(/ip firewall nat add chain=srcnat src-address=192.168.0.0/24 action=masquerade)

After I disable the Masquerading, what should I type to get the Destination NAT with same IP table.
