Solution:Release Cache Memory

Releasing the cache memory:
- Join our system
- In the options selected IP
- After Web Proxy
- By logging onto Web Proxy on the right side is an option that says "Web Proxy Settings" click it
And finally clicked on the option "Clear Cache" and click OK.
Ready - we have already released the cache of our hard drive.

In my case I was very useful because my hard drive was full and as a consequence was giving me a lot of problems my system.
