The best and most simple thing that i can tell you to do is that...turn on proxy and create an ACCESS LIST and add all the ADDRESSES that you want to block..and show your PAGE when ever they are opned...SIMPLE...

You can do this, but it's a real pain in the @ss.

That's why you really want to subscribe to a database which is updated regularly.
