Winbox "router has been disconnected"

I have some troble with my router.

When i try to connect from some other real ip on real IP of my routers real IP over winbox, it just just pop up the "router has been disconnected" window. When i try to connect over other ethernet port, it connect. I realy need to have a possibility to connect remoteliy from some other real IP so i can control my router.

Please help me, it is PC with Mikrotik OS ver 2.9.27

Upgrade your ROS and stop using an illegal copy.

Ok, how bout Upgrade your ROS and stop using an "outdated" copy.

Make sure you are not using the MAC winbox connection, as this is very unstable. And also please upgrade, because if there is a bug, it's already fixed a long time ago.
