ughhh, what possible reason could there be for this? shipping to other countries is the same process as shipping within the USA. it only costs more, but that's covered by the buyer

I filled in an online order at lulu.com and used South Africa as shipping country and it seemed to accept my order. I will know in a week or two if it actually worked.

I ended up first ordering 1 copy and this arrived very quickly. I subsequently ordered 5 more and these also arrived quickly.

I would highly recommend (1) The book and (2) Lulu.com.

Basics have not changed. Syntax has changed in some cases, but that matters only if you want to copy/paste. Use "TAB" to find the correct spelling of parameters. New features are in the manual
