what is generating this traffic :~

Dear all
I torched on my queue.
Protocol=17(udp) Src Address=255.255.255.255 Src Port=1382 Dst Address=0.0.0.0 Dst Port=20561 Tx Rate 296.4kbps Rxrate=0

what is consuming so much or Tx traffic and how to stop this./

It is MAC-Winbox.

sorry but i don't think it's a winbox, default port used by winbox is 8291
attached is the traffic of winbox
i'm not using any programs like MAC winbox

Yes, Winbox is 8291,
but MAC-Winbox uses the port you show on the screenshot, MAC-Winbox when you use Winbox with MAC-address to connect to your router, perhaps any other person uses MAC-Winbox to connect to the router.
