Don't buy a wireless mini-pci card for the RB433 and you won't have a wireless interface to configure. :D
act like a simple router ADSL WAN on eth1
You will plug the DSL modem from the ISP into ether1 (if you are using PoE then you will pass through the injector). Then you will want to read about PPP Interfaces in the MikroTik doc:
http://www.mikrotik.com/testdocs/ros/2. ... ce/ppp.php

The PPP Client section is what you will need to configure to allow your RB433 to make a PPPoE connection with your ISP through your DSL modem.
Lan for eth2 and eth3
Read about configuring ethernet interfaces and addresses here:
http://www.mikrotik.com/testdocs/ros/2. ... hernet.php
http://www.mikrotik.com/testdocs/ros/2.9/ip/address.php

Read about setting up Masquerading so your devices can access the internet through ether1 using one internet IP address, here:
http://www.mikrotik.com/testdocs/ros/2. ... /basic.php

Actually, read that whole section as it is very helpful for a beginner.
