I copy the combined package only. I also try the separate packages but the result the same.

I put the package in the main folder using ftp. Then reboot but nothing happen and the packages remain as normal file and it didn't get absorbed

Note: I have intel PC. Is my RouterOS version is upgradeable

My main workstation is connected to a home router (LAN: 192.168.2.1 , WAN:192.168.1.10). the router is connected to Mikrotik server( LAN 192.168.1.1).
In Winbox, I don't neet to connect the workstation directly. I can just access Mikrotik using 192.168.1.1. Does this work with netinstall

Most of the article I found is about installing RouterOS. How can I upgrade using netinstall

you don't need to use PXE, you can just take that HDD, put it as a secondary one in some windows PC, and use Netinstall to install RoutrOS v4.4 onto that drive.

This will work only if you have a valid, purchased license on the drive.
