When you hook up the radios can you not see the broadcast? What is not happening? Most radio to sector issues can be traced to bad jumpers. Not much can be wrong with a sector. Not ruling it out, but that's the last thing I would look at, unless it has physical damage.

5 degrees beamwidth is very narrow for a sector. Are you sure that is not the problem?

The Laird 2.4GHz 120 degree sectors have 9 degree beamwidth (and 16dBi gain).

I would check your jumper, radio card, or pigtail. Especially if the signal dropped. All the antenna does it take the power it is given and outputs it. It's not really like it has to have a certain power level to "power it up". If you saw a -59 and now don't you either wave a bad jumper, bad card, or bad pigtail from card to connector.

That is where i would start. Take up a new jumper. Try with existing radio. If no change swap out radio.

i think the pigtale is my issue cause all of them broke and i soldred them back on my cards are fine i will change the board aswell to test onther question i left them on the tower my sectors and it was raining heavy and lighting fell as well could it have blown up cause of the lighting the towers has a eart rod i have a digital multimeter can you use that to check if the sectors are blown or work and how do i use it cause on the sector all i can use to test is the femal connecter and nuting elese the pigtales i use to test them contuity and they use to show up readings which mde feel that there ok but seems i should get new ones my main concern is to check if the sectors are ok or blown if blown can i repair them?

I wouldn't worry about the sectors until you have exhausted everything. I have had radios take direct strikes and the sector is still okay.

If they all work ok on the ground, I would suggest you problem may be with the cable run up the 24M tower - I assume that the radio unit is mounted at the base of the tower and the aerial at the 24M mark on the tower? If this is correct, what type of feedline (co-ax) are you using?

ANy chance you have a way to measure the LMR cable? See if it tests out okay. You could use a multimeter and some calculations.
