Is ti possible to disable the rate limit for a custumer when he is accessing internal ressources?
Like a backup server...

we do it by using a Mikrotik router to terminate the PPPoE session at the customer premises, and then placing static routes on the Customers Mikrotik to bypass the PPPoE session (and hence the PPPoE speed Q).
