I have several server behind mikrotik i was set dst-nat from public ip inside mirkrotik router to the server.
the problems is the server only log the source ip address as router address not the real ip from client from internet.

Can you post "/ip firewall nat"? If you have a masquerade rule there, insure it specifies "out-interface=wan". Replace wan with the interface that connects to the internet. That is the most common problem.
