Do you run reset or reboot?

/system reboot should not erase any configuration.
NTP client could take some time to synchronize with NTP server.

RouterBOARDs don't have batteries and don't keep their clock after reboot. Configure NTP to sync back to the network time after a reboot.

Set NTP client,
/system ntp client.

Use any public NTP server (for example time.nist.gov) to get clock for your router.

my friend , i set all this and work good the A.P Panel Mikrotik but when reboot the router all date and clock is return to default , im apply that and see that .. i think return the date and clock to default coz the A.P don't available rule for NAT coz the A.P just transfer the service not routing i think that , if you want any config , i will be very happy .

Hi ;
Dear the routerboard should access the internet so the NTP client reach the internet and the routerboard will set the clock and date everytime it reboot.
you need to let the AP access the internet to acheive what you need .
with best regards.
