i have installed:
mikrotik on vmware ( host Os : windows 7 x86)

now my question is?
how can i do config to access it remotely via winbox by public ip*?
public ip = ip which my ISP gave me via a DSL modem

(i have already connect my virtual mikrotik to internet by setting its ip address to 192.168.1.60 and can access it by winbox to this address using network PCs. but i need to connect my virtual mikrotik directly to internet so i can access it remotely from anywhere.)

as you said, i successfully accomplish that by setting my DSL Modem in Bridge Mode
also try port forwarding in pppoe mode but no answer! In modem, i forwarded my public ip, port 8291 to my internal ip and the same port but nothing happens when i winbox to my public ip from another computer outside the network!!! just got error: couldn't connect to publicip:80 !!!

ok so you set your modem to bridge mode
now you have to set in vmware the virtual NIC in NAT mode, and port forward 8291 via vmnetcfg (from vmware) to the ip your virtual router receives from the vmware dhcp server.
