Hey guys i am new to mikrotik i need your help !!
i am using mikrotik 5.2 level 6 version.

my local area ip address series starts from : 172.16.0.1
subnet mask is : 255.255.0.0

problem is that my friend is also a internet service provider and he is providing LAN Entertainment Server to his customer..

i want to merge his local area network to my network means i want to run his LAN entertainment server to my network ...

is there any way to do that??

his local area server ip is : 192.168.173.104

1. what exactly is a Lan Entertainment Server?
2. if you have a free port in your rb or a free network card in your x86 routeros powered you can connect that to your friends LAN, setting an ip from 192.168.173.0/24 that does not interfere with his business and src-nat on the interface pointing to his network.

Lan Server is for downloading movies and other files @ LAN speed

and i am using router os
