Hi, it's a matter of setting up routes on your pptp server and pptp client. This page explains how to set up client and server if both are Mikrotik devices:

Sorry to say, but this is a user forum. It will not replace reading documentations or understand networking...
In other words, don't expect others to solve your problems while you just sit back and watch.
Create a configuration, post it and some may give you an opinion on it (if they want to - this is not mandatory at all). But don't expect others to do your work instead of you for free.

By the way... No answer generally means you put the wrong question, meaning that no one really understands what you want. Try reformulating, with more details. Pushing caustic follow-ups won't bring you anything except no answers.
