Help with routing an ip through a different gateway.

Tue Apr 09, 2013 1:09 pm

Good day,

I am trying to route a certain ip on my network through a different PPPOE connection.

So far i have followed the instruction son this tutorial: http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Load_Bala ... e_Gateways
But only creating one group.

1: new mangle rule, src address and then action = mark packet. pas-through not selected routing mark=test
2: create new route , select gateway and then routing mark = test.

But when i do that. My traffic is not routed through that line. It still goes through my primary route. They both have a distance of 1.

Please see picture attached.

uncapped = main internet connection
newuncapped = internet connection that i want the single pc to use.

I noticed when I use mangle with Winbox, the "Mangle Rule <192.168.1.30>" in the box title bar is the source address of the mangle rule. But you are marking 192.168.1.20 in the General tab. Which is the ip you are marking?
