Where to find it, what is last version and how to update !
Need all your help, please have an understanding for questions like this !!!

Here you will find what is the most recent version: http://www.mikrotik.com/download (for the moment of writing it is 5.24)

Login to the router via Winbox or Webfig. Then on the Quickset page click on the 'Check For Updates' button.
