i configure a wds link with two rbmetal2 with 15 dbi omni directional antenna with just a distance of 350meters difference and the signal strength is bad -92. am confused because even a phone can see the first link and browses so i believe the second radio link should be better....is there any other thing else i can do again?

You either have a lot of interference, or a bad radio. Try some other channels.
