Noob question

Sun Oct 20, 2013 9:07 pm

Hello,

I'm having the following situation. My ISP suddenly decided that the use of routers and so on is not acceptable unless you pay a fee (which I'm not wiling to pay :D ) . That said i think that the way the ISP stops access through routers is by monitoring changing TTL of packets. I'm a noob when it comes in configuring Mikrotik devices (750 GL) so I wanted to ask if you could teach me how to increase the TTL of incoming packets by 1 and also the ones that go out by 1 . MAC address is already set on the outgoing interface of the router with the one in the contract.

Many thanks
