PPTP Connection can't see entire network.

Sat Mar 15, 2014 5:53 am

I am having problems with my PPTP connection. Tried reading through the forums and still have been unable to solve the problem. I am able lot connect to the PPTP server and can ping the gateway and can access my router but can't see any other devices on my network. Attached I have included some screen shots of the settings I am using.

Are you using a Mikrotik router as the client? If so, do you have a route to the PPTP server localnet networks in the client "/ip route"?

Assuming that the RouterBoard is the PPTP server, make sure that you are allowing the traffic from the PPPTP interface to/from the LAN interface in your IP Firewall forward filters. If you are attempting to use a LAN IP on the PPTP client then make sure that you run proxy-arp on the LAN interface.
