Hi, i have beginner question, how i can make group users, which will block some pages? Every user have stable IP address.
Can you help me? Thank you.

create address lists (for customer ip's)
redirect the traffic from those address lists to routeros web-proxy (/ip proxy)
use the first part of this tutorial
