First of all, I am new to mikrotik

we are a non commercial community based network. currently we have 1 tower site. the towers have 3 sectors and all are bridged. that means the tower have a switch and bridged AP's are connected with that switch. now we wanted build a full routed network, so we acquired a RB750GL and want replace that switch. the basic configuration i have made is in attachment.


now i want some help

1. what route i have to set at each client router to talk every 172.18.x.x node with each other?
2. is there any way to bypass setting 1 route per client node as i setup?
