RC4 vs AES256-CBC for SSTP

When connecting MK to MK with sstp - the default encryption is RC4
When using the "Force AES" option - AES256-CBC
What encryption is more secure RC4 or AES256-CBC?

RC4 is simple and fast but it has many issues and is often now regarded as insecure.
