Hi, I want to share "Mikrotik Hotspot Login" plugin for wordpress.
This is the hotspot login form integrated into wordpress as external login.

Installation:
Unzip and Upload 'mikrotik-hotspot-login' folder to the '/wp-content/plugins/' directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
or Upload the plugin via admin panel. go to plugin >> add new >> upload the zip file,
Install and activate.

Go to Pages -> Add New. Simply name the page whatever you like and leave the content area blank.
Under the Page Attribute pane, which will mostly be on the right hand side of the admin panel, you will see an option titled Template. Click on the drop down menu to view the existing options. choose Hotspot Login , and Publish. >>> Preview <<<
