So the IT company that manged our network for two months went under. We have been having issues with network outages since day one.. I can see why they went out of business.

Enviroment:
20-50 users (These will double next year)
40-60 devices (These will double next year)
2 Network Printers
No servers (All in Cloud)

Here is what we got..
2 x RouterBoard 1100 X2AH MikroTix router
(We have shutdown one to hope to resolve issues, but still same issues)
3 x RouterBoard MikroTix mAP RBmAP2n over POE from Router (Looking to upgrade to 5G w/1000+mbs, open to suggestions)
1 x Netgear ProSafe GS752TP
1 x Netgear ProSafe GS724TPS
1 x Cisco DPC3010 modem
1 X Cable ISP 100/20 Pipe

Here are the issues: (Sorry not a Network admin)
* Wireless APs drop off at least 2-3 times a day
* Full network outage 1 - 3 times a week

Only resolution that seems to work is hard reset. Not sure if this is a configuration problem, power problem or user error.

Last time I configured a network was 3 years ago and never used RouterOS

I am not sure what you are trying to ask but have you done basic troubleshooting like testing physical layer connections? That would be where I would start. Then look at configuration such as IP addressing, routing, NAT rules, ect.

From what I'm reading, is everything connected using wireless? If so, that could explain your problems. The mAP isn't the most powerful access-point around and having that many clients close to each other will be a challenge by itself.

I'm sure enough people on this forum can give you tips. But it seems to me you really need a company which can offer to come in, revise your setup and then offer you support when you need it. Some people on here can do that, where are you located in the world?

The hardware seems reasonable at least. But you really need someone to come in and analyze this if you can't do it yourself.

If you could give me more details about what you're trying to achieve i can help. I dont think i can go there physically but i can take a look at your network remotely. The issue with freezing wireless is usually temperature(they are actually quite sensitive from my experience). I even modded my asus router acting as an AC wireless AP with a fan and it solved the freezing and let me overclock it far.

The other issue with freezing wireless can sometimes be load. In a very crowded area or with so many users at 1 AP it can happen. It also depends on how much work your APs are doing, are they doing hotspot or any form of routing for example? Or running dns server? I hope you have access to your own devices to see what they are each doing. Also check that they arent placed in areas that tend to get hot.
