hi
why you wanna make IPIP or Eoip tunnel between them ?? tunneling may reduce your router performance
connect 2 routers together with cable and set a private ip on router1 and set a private ip address on the same range on other side
dynamic route will automatically created.

I wanna have two separate networks with own gateway and dhcp server and I wanna setup like this that user from firm computer see whole network (192.168.0.0/24 and 192.168.200.0./24) and the users on home network can only see home network (only 192.168.0.0/24).

I have one at home CRS125-24G-1S-2HnD and at one firm CRS125-24G-1S connected together with network kabel 1Gbps. The CRS125-24G-1S-2HnD is conected to modem (INTERNET) and I wana separete this two routers.

CRS125-24G-1S-2HnD
IP: 192.168.0.254/24
GATEWAY: 192.168.0.254
