[solved] forward one port from one vlan to another vlan

Wed Feb 11, 2015 12:52 am

Hi all,
At first I am so glad that you are reading my post and I hope that you are going to help me!

My network is setup like this:
my main router Mikrotik RB951G-2HnD has on first port gateway on second port is one subnet 192.168.88.xxx on third port is another subnet 192.168.87.xxx.

So what I need to know ?
I have radius server on ip 192.168.88.199 radius server use only 1812 network port

I need to connect three acess points to obtain radius authentication.
They has static ip 192.168.87.101,192.168.87.102,192.168.87.103

Can somebody give me some advice?

By default the devices are able to communicate because the routerboard will route the traffic between the two segments.
By applying firewall rules, traffic can be blocked.

What are your exact problems or where do you get stuck?

Hi, thanks for yours kindly reply, but I have solved the issue.
My mikrotik has on firewall one rule which is droping all packets which are going from one dhcp to another (it can go only to internet).
I have added one firewall rule on the top which is overpassing this rule for radius.
And it starts working.

So now you can ask why I have not made it before?

Becouse I was setting up all things under radius section in setup and was wondering why it is not working... :D
