Red means that DHCP server is not in "good" state. Do you have correct pool assigned ? Do you have "dhcp network" defined for this pool ?
Real admins use real keyboards.

Post your (security edited) config please....
Open a new terminal and type export file=export
Go to the files menu and drag that file to your desktop, it is an ASCII file so can be edited in Notepad. Remove any information you don't want to disclose and post the remainder on here....

You have 2 DHCP servers on 1 bridge which will conflict, remove FREE_WIFI from bridge1.
Then if you need a separate DHCP for the wifi create a bridge for the virtual AP and set the interface on the DHCP server to the new bridge.
