MPLS/VPLS hang

Thu Sep 01, 2016 12:24 pm

Hi everybody,
i've a strange and annoying problem:

we have one CCR1036, with ROS 6.36, that is connected with other routers (CCR1009, RB3011, RB2011 and so on), with OSPF routing.
Customers pppoe is carried with BGP signalled VPLS with MPLS, every router has its proper loopback intefaces and its own bridge interface on CCR1036 with PPOE server configured on.
Everything works fine, but when one of the routers lost connectivity (for example for a reboot of a link, or for negotiation issues on wan port and so on), in the CCR1036 often the VPLS hang and disconnect, CPU reaches 75-80% of usage, and every PPPoE disconnect.
After some minutes everything come back to work.
During one of this issue i've seen in /Tools Profile that Firewall process reaches 50-60% of CPU.
I've already tried during the issue to disable every rule of Firewll but this don't change anything.

What could be the cause of this issue?
I've generated the supout file, just in case

Try to use ldp signaling, not bgp.
