PIM problem

Thu Feb 16, 2017 10:29 am

Good day. There are two uplink with IPTV from different ISP. I trying to set up PIM. And when I up PIM-interface, the router subscribes to all available multicast groups and, as a result, corrupts the channel. Should it work this way, or there is a bug in the implementation of the protocol? Or may be it is mistake in configuration? Thanks.

Can you post the pertinent configuration for review? There are a number of possibilities that could be causing your issue.

Thanks,
