Sorry I missed LAN public network, I thought its private

Assign 102.20.30.1/22 on Lan interface and use static IPs or DHCP or PPPoE

How are you advertising your routes to the Internet? Are you using BGP or is your ISP advertising them for you?

You might also want to split the large pool into much smaller pools for easier management.

thanks i managed to work on live ip's
now the issue is net is working directly on live ip is configured on any system how to solve that nat is disabled already

How are you assigning IPs to clients - DHCP, PPPoE? Do they all connect to this one router or are they distributed?

Also issue i am facing that few sites are not opening like speedtest.net or ip2location yahoo etc google gmail etc working
any firewall or mangle rule to be applied?

hello bro, I have 2 ISp,s and I Have purchased a /22 public ip pool from apnic. I want to do, BGP routing in CCR 1036, with failover, when any Isp is going down all trafic automatic shift to other isp, and when both Isps are up, it it work with loadbalance, Is It possiable in mikrotik..? Plz, Guid me how I Can configr this Thing,
