RouterOS 6.40.8 does not support Totally NSSA areas?

Fri Nov 02, 2018 11:03 am

Hello, I configured an ABR as following:

R1:
/routing ospf area
add area-id=0.0.0.1 inject-summary-lsas=no name=area1 type=nssa

Inter-area routes are now suppressed by R1, however I am still seeing AS external routes in area1 injected by R1. How do I configure a totally nssa area where both Type3 and Type5 are suppressed and only the default route is advertised by the ABR?

I will need to redistribute some static routes from area1 to the backbone area, so the area must be nssa to allow for an ASBR.

Seems that inject-summary-lsa=no works only for stub areas, non for NSSA.

stub area => inject-summary-lsas=yes type=stub
totally stubby area => inject-summary-lsas=no type=stub
nssa => type=nssa

Currently no other option possible.
