BGP tuning

I have 2 BGP providers. BGP1 and BGP2

I want my clients to go out to 8.8.8.0/24 via BGP1

How do i set it in BGP?

Adjust local-pref or weight with routing filters.

chain=in prefix=8.8.8.0/24 prefix-length=24 invert-match=no action=passthrough set-bgp-weight=100 set-bgp-prepend-path=""

I would apply this to the BGP1?
