I recently signed up for Gigamonster's 250mbps and received a MikroTik hAP series. My apple phone and laptop connect to the internet fine but for some reason my Amazon Echo and my Roku TVs will not connect. They get past the first step of connecting to Wireless Connection but then do not pass the Internet Connection phase. The router is right next to these devices and customer support isn't helping. Tried factory resetting the router but no luck. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi I have a MikroTik router, hAP series. hAP lite RB941 - 2nD - TC
It connects to the wifi fine, but after a while it says incorrect password on my iPhone even though the password is inserted correctly.
If I connect to the router with a LAN cable it works but wirelessly it is giving me a problem even if i am standing right next to the router.
Can anyone help with this? Is the problem maybe with the iPhone and not the router?

What type of security do you use?
For iPhone it needs to be WPA2 AES (only), otherwise you might run into trouble.
