Forwarding PPPoE over the Internet

Hello friends.
I am an intermediary, providing Internet to customers.
At position A, I have 10 PPPoE accounts provided by VikTelecom network through 1 fiber optic cable, 1 Mikrotik CCR1036 Router connected to the Internet.

ISP VikTelecom (10 PPPoE accounts) - CCR1036 (Location A) -------- Internet -------- CCR1009 (Location B) - User PPPoE Client
At position B, I have 1 CCR1009 Router connected to the Internet.
The question I ask for your help is
: How does a user at location B connect to the CCR1009 Router and dial 10 PPPoEs accounts? It will connect to Router CCR1036 and go through VikTelecom.
