ospf nbma ptp ptmp and multicast

In trying to help the ospf flapping issue on our long wireless links, I would like to clarify some data.
Both broadcast and PTP/PTMP use multicast packets and UDP.
Only NBMA uses tcp/ip.
Is that right?
