Different traffic values on out and in interfaces.

Tue Jun 30, 2009 11:42 am

Hello MikroTik.
I have a strange problem which I cannot determine...
I see different traffic going between two of my routers(RB1000)
Legend:
r1-ether1 is my outgoing interface to my local provider(bgp session eBGP)
r1-ether2 is my internal interface to another RB1000 via iBGP(vlan based 1502)
r2-ether1 is my outgoing interface for second RB1000 to first RB1000
r2-ether2 is my internal interface to my local routerboards which provide PPPoE services and I there is OSPF setup

on r1-ether1 - there is normal traffic
on r1-ether2(r1-vlan1502) I see ~4Mbps UP / ~4Mbps Down bigger traffic than on r1-ether1
on r2-ether1(r2-vlan1502) I see ~4Mbps UP / ~4Mbps Down bigger traffic than on r1-ether1
on r2-ether2 - there is absolutely the same traffic as on r1-ether1
So ... it seems that there is invalid or unknown traffic between the two RB1000s.
Has anyone experienced such a strange situation?
Thanks.
