BGP4-MIB

Wed Dec 14, 2011 5:08 pm

We need to monitor BGP-sessions with SNMP, but it doesn't look like BGP4-MIB is implemented in RouterOS (running 5.11).

Is there a way to enable BGP4-MIB or will it be included in future versions?

What are you using to monitor the BGP from RouterOS ??
I'm trying to do the same using Observium but there is not way to see the BGP peers or table.

I am trying to do the same using Observium, looks like the BGP4-MIB is not implemented yet. monitoring 2 Routerboard with version 5.11 and 5.12.

I would like to be added to the request to implement BGP4-MIB feature to Mikrotik. We use Mikrotik as eBGP router and there is fatal if peer go down and we can't monitor it. With the coming the CCR will BGP4 MIB-surely required !

+1 here as well. We do an enormous amount of BGP work for our customers and this feature is requested all the time

+1 from me as well.

We've got a work around using scripts but this is hardly optimal. We would love to see BGP SNMP MIBs

Doesn't seem to be a priority for MT, either that or it is coming in v7
