Migrating to MPLS, hire help...

I`m planning to migrate my network to MPLS/VPLS and need to hire help designing an optimal solution.
Anybody here that does this kind of work?

First steps would be understand MPLS/VPLS and know what you expect. For the implementation part, having all your MPLS-wannabe network fully routed will be helpful.

Hello, I design, spec and oversee the construction of large scale wireless WAN's. Currently I operate a very large system which employs mpls/vpls covering 300 square miles (and growing).
I see Cri provided a link to Link Tech's there are others, but out of curiosity what is the motivating factor for this system conversion?
