BGP - Local Preference not Working

Hi Friends... these are my Configurations !!!:

I Want that my UPLOAD goes:

FIRST: vlan2-PTT:10
SECOND: vlan3_G8:3738
THIR:D: vlan1_ALOG:3998

How can i do it using Local Preferences ???

Is my Rules in Router Filter right ?

Where i am doing any mistake ?


And i want that my DOWNLOAD come from:

FIRST: vlan2-PTT:10
SECOND: vlan3_G8:3738
THIR:D: vlan1_ALOG:3998

I Can do it using BGP PREPEND ?

What are you trying to do? What is your objective? I think it is not fully clear what you want. What do you mean by first, second and third? Priorities?

To change the upload, you just have to set the "Set BGP Local Pref." on the "BGP Actions" tab to a value according to the priority.

Example:
-----------
FIRST: 100
SECOND: 80
THIRD: 60

But this will route ALL Traffic over the FIRST peer (assuming you get the same prefixes over all peers) if the FIRST peer is available. If not or if a route isn't available over the FIRST peer, it will go over the SECOND peer. And if FIRST and SECOND are not available it will use the THIRD peer.

Download can be influenced by AS Path prepending. It's not 100% because if a peer uses it's Local Preference, it overrides the AS Path. But usually it works quite good.
