OSPF nssa ... bug or something miscunfigured.... need advice

nssa network area connected to backbone, in nssa lot customers networks is like 192.168.00.00/25 on pppoe server network is on bridge-local and using filter for ospf out for /32 adresses

BUG: after reboot routers customer network sometimes become invisible from backbone swithchig on/off nssa area fix it ....

Which ROS version?
from version to version the same.... begins from change in nssa OSPF maybe 6.4
translator is always on - only on connected to backbone nssa router
