I use GNS3 with the MikroTik CHR a lot! To make sure we're all on the same page.
What operating system are you using to run GNS3? Windows 7, 10, Linux, Mac OS X?
Are you using the local system as the hypervisor or a virtual machine? If a virtual machine, Oracle VirtualBox or VMware?
Are you using the pre-built appliance template from GNS3 or are you trying to load your image file? It looks like you are using the image file.
Based on just what I see, it looks like you don't have a valid QEMU installation. If you are on a Windows box and are running GNS3 locally make sure that QEMU was installed with GNS3. Alternatively, a VMplayer install can be done and you can run the GNS3 VM that supports QEMU.
